- Assist contractor in obtaining building permits
- Communicate with contractor only through the architect.
- Receive and review periodic field reports from architect
- Review and approve change orders
- Respond to RFIs (Request for Information)
- Review and approve periodic applications for payments
- Establish Punch List and approve application for final payment
