Phase II: Site Analysis

(Important for all new and most renovation and addition projects. It determines how the new construction will adapt to the existing conditions)

  1. List expansion and other long-range development intentions
  2. Establish base size of site plan elements and develop plan Parti..
  3. Analyze alternative sites for appropriate unit size requirements. Criteria: building, parking, outdoor recreations spaces, landscaping, future expansion for all elements of the plan, school and playground.
  4. Select at least 3 site Parti options for project. Establish basic criteria for environment, demography and diocesan preference.
  5. Investigate current land us and secure appropriate zoning.
  6. Secure ownership and clear title to land.
  7. Review and approve site analysis documents and authorize team to proceed.
